Question How long do Rose Box roses last?
AnswerOur collection of roses last one to three years. To ensure your beautiful roses last their lifetime, store them in a cool dry area away from excess heat and humidity. Please keep in mind that the petals are fragile just as rose petals should be. If you need to dust, use a soft duster to clean them.

Please leave the roses in the hatbox they arrive in for best results. If you receive long stem roses, they can be cut to size.

Question Are the Roses Scented?
AnswerYes! We scent each arrangement with our signature light and sweet floral scent. It is made of natural oils and fragrances and is added per order, so you can always opt out of scent! The strength of the scent of our roses naturally lessens over time but is meant to last for as long as the roses do.
Question How are the flowers packaged?
AnswerIn Manhattan, we offer white glove delivery, in which the Rose Boxes are hand delivered in a gift bag to your doorstep. For shipped orders, we carefully pack the Rose Box with extra foam, ensuring the protection and preservation of your arrangement.
Question Can I take the flowers out of the box?
AnswerWe do not recommend taking your flowers out of the box as each arrangement was carefully created to ensure your gorgeous roses remain preserved and last their lifetime. If the flowers are removed from their packaging, it may result in damaged roses and a decrease in their lifespan.
Question What kind of maintenance do the flowers need?
AnswerIt is recommended to keep the arrangement in cool conditions away from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not stack anything on top of roses as this can damage them and keep the roses in their box. They were carefully arranged to ensure they remain secure and protected. Do not water the roses.
